We now deliver to the United States and (Others, if applicable). International orders to countries other than those listed above have yet to be shipped. If you are not in any of these covered areas, please contact us for any other service we could provide.
- Processing Time
Order Processing Time There is a processing time of 1-3 business days for all orders made. This requires time to verify that an order is correct, prepare the goods for shipping, and package the products.
Orders placed after 3.00Pm Submissions made before noon (local time) will be processed the next business day. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be shipped the next business day.

Delivery time: It takes 7-12 business days from the date of shipment to arrive at the buyer’s disposal.

Delivery time: The estimated delivery time of orders is 8-14 business days, but this depends on when the items are shipped.
Delivery Fee: $2 (additional charges apply)
Packet fast ordinary
Delivery time: Between 6-11 business days after shipment date.
Delivery Fee: $3 (additional charges apply)
We will always inform you whenever there are issues delaying shipment. However, it is essential to note that forces other than weather, holidays, or most courier services may delay shipments.

We gladly provide free shipping within the United States for the specific collection. This offer, however, applies only to Packet ordinary.
- Shipping Fees
All shipping costs are determined based on the weight of the package and the delivery country. It becomes easier to check out the different shipping methods and their costs during checkout.
- Order Tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification email with your tracking number. You can then follow the order's status with the help of the carrier you used or with the help of the link given to you.

- Shipping Restrictions
Unfortunately, we do not deliver to P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses.

- Dealing with Damaged or Missing Consignments
Damaged Items If your order was received damaged, it is your responsibility to inform our customer service within a week from the date of delivery. Depending on the damage stated in the report, replacement or refund will be facilitated.
Missing Items If you are serving any hall or office and some of your ordered items need to be included, please inform us within 7 days of delivery, so we can immediately look into the matter.
- Shipping to Gift Recipients
If you are ordering for someone else, we will guarantee your order is well packed and contains a packing slip but no price list. When paying for the item, choose the Gift Message button to send a custom message.
- Address Issues
Your shipping address should be entered appropriately while ordering the products. We do not take responsibility for late or missed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information. If you have keyed in the wrong address, please contact us immediately to assist.
- Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not to blame for missing or stolen products when a product has been sent and marked as delivered. To file a claim, you have to turn to the carrier itself. Sometimes tracking your order might be convenient to steer clear of such complications.
- Holidays and Peak Seasons
Kindly consider this request, as staff and travelers take longer during delivery during the festive seasons or when there is a sale. The problem is that shipping carriers may need to catch up, incredibly when busy.
