Children's Niche aims to deliver quality, safe, and fun products for the children you have entrusted with our care. We want you to be satisfied with any product you buy from us. Our return and refund Policies govern the return of the products you receive from us.

Store credit is accepted for most items. You can return products to the manufacturer within 30 days of delivery. However, all products can only be returned if they are in unused condition with their packaging, labels, and accessories.

To be eligible for a return
The product is non-used and non-damaged and should be packed in original packaging.
Products need to be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Some items, such as toys with batteries or that have been opened for any reason may only be returned if damaged or defective.
Items given as gifts or products ordered with a message can only be returned if damaged.
To initiate a return

Provide Details Enter your order number and a few words about why you want to return the goods.
Return Authorization We will grant you the Request for Return Merchandise Authorization Number and guide you on how to send it back. We may also include a prepaid return shipping label where necessary.
If you have submitted a return, please be informed that you'll receive an email about the refund status once your return reaches us and we have reviewed it. In cases of refund, the amount will be refunded to the customer's payment source.
Shipping Fees Shipping costs are only refundable if the customer made an error or if the item delivered was defective.
Partial Refunds In some cases, if the item has been used or damaged, a partial refund will only be made.

For the present and until further notice, it will not be possible to arrange for direct exchanges if you wish to have a different item. You must return the item for the money and order this item again.

The following items cannot be returned:
Name-plate gifts (as in engraved gifts or toys produced to the specific requirement of the purchaser)
Toys opened or used Consumers and or particular goods that are toys opened or used but not found defective
Feeding & bite-including healthcare articles (bottles, pacifiers)
Gift cards
Price lowering/clearance items or items on sale (unless otherwise stated).

Should the received item show a mark of wear and tear or due to any production or packaging defects, please return it to us within 7 days of delivery for your money back or another item. All packages should be preserved with their original packaging for examination purposes.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
The return is because the wrong product was sent to the customer.
This is because the product is either faulty or has some defect.
For return shipments over $75, please use a trackable carrier service or purchase shipping insurance for the return products.

If you want to cancel an order, you are advised to do so as soon as possible. After placing an order and having it shipped, we cannot allow cancellation. Please refer to our return policy, which will enable you to return the item for a refund.

If you received an item as a gift and would like it back for any reason, we accept returns for store credit, depending on the set returns policies. If you need any help, please contact us.
